Ronald J. Barczak is a senior and managing partner at YJB. He is a skilled trial attorney with expertise in railroad law, FELA, and wrongful death personal injury claims. Over the past five years he and his firm have become nationally recognized for their work on behalf of victims of hazardous material inhalation and exposure cases. He has a history of obtaining large verdicts and settlements for accident victims and their families.
Ron is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a civil trial specialist.
